Hi Aram, at 9:55 you state that Xion's initiative is +2 due to his proficiency (His dex is 0). I under the impression that initiative is a flat dexterity check. It can be modified by certain feats, features, and spells, but as far as I am aware, you do not apply a proficiency bonus to initiative by default. Is this something you homebrewed, or just an oversight?
