I literally cannot hear a word that is being said. The music levels are way to high and the conversations are way to low. At the beginning I can sort of here Aram doing his normal speech, but beyond that it becomes impossible.
This has always been a minor issue, sometimes the music or sounds become so loud that I can't hear for a time, but it's impossible now. Just drums, and the sound of water.

That's very strange. It sounds perfectly balanced to me. Maybe your sound system?

I have noticed the background sounds are a bit louder than the dialogue but I can still hear so far.
