Hi, Aram, I have a question regarding the party's travels. I am on my second listen-through, and trying to keep track, via the maps, of what route they are taking. I am a visual learner, and the maps help tremendously. However, I am a bit confused. I know I miss details while listening, but I can't figure out why the party went to Ani via Turtle Bay. Didn't they start out in Port Bliss? Isn't Port Bliss much closer to Ani then Turtle Bay? Would they not have had to actually passed Port Bliss on the way to Ani? I'm having difficulty keeping the events strait.

I'm having difficulty keeping the events strait. it absolutely is much closer - the party didn't really plan on going to Ani. They had every intention of following the coast along from Turtle Bay to Tales Bay, but then the Godking was killed and they decided to hightail it to Ani's walls for safety. |

Yeah. The main characters were down in Turtle Bay, getting out of the Ironwood Forest (basically at arrow-point), and just looking to have a good time at Turtlefest, as most teenagers would do. None of us (except perhaps Phryane) had any interest in going to Ani. My character, Xion, was perfectly happy to continue on to Tael's Bay after the festivities to get his mother's message and live out his life. However, circumstances made that impossible. The Godking went missing after his conflict with a comet (the same comet that had infected Xion's dreams) and it seemed the best course of action at the time for us all to get on the Anian boats headed for the Mother Country. So, yes, if we were deliberately headed to Ani from Port Bliss, it would have just been a short ride to get to the island city. But none of us, back when we were just getting to know one another in Port Bliss, even thought that would be our destination.

I just wanna say i love the roleplay from the group and the podcast is the best i've ever heard. I love Dorro and this song was great I hope he sings again.
